• Entertainment Coordinator

  • We will personally help you communicate and implement your vision for the wedding entertainment, provide you with professional insights for each of the entertainment planning elements, derive your ideal and personal time schedule for the wedding activities. We (you and I) will have regular briefings throughout the planning process.

  • With the Exquisite Entertainment Design & Production you’ll receive unlimited advice, e-mail, phone, and personal consultation.
  • We’ll create a personalized and detailed wedding check list.
  • We offer family dynamics consultation and addressing concerns of etiquette and wedding day activities.
  • Stream line the process of selecting your music and musical elements with the assistance of your fiance'. Ensuring the music selections perfectly compliment the bride and groom's musical tastes as well as the honored guest's.
  • We will provide an astute master of ceremonies to keep the guests informed with a comprehensive schedule of events for all the activities relating to the wedding festivities.
  • Assist the Father of the bride with his position of responsibility and expected actions of protocol.
  • Assist the Mother of the groom with her position of responsibility and expected actions of protocol.
  • Provide assistance and resources for the wedding party and their responsibilities with regard to personality and style.
  • Confirm entertainment schedule details with each wedding professional the week of the wedding.
  • Ensure all the groomsmen have obtained the information necessary for their role in the wedding events.
  • Have an extensive Wedding Day Emergency Kit on site.
  • Coordinate the preparation of entertainment elements and cohesive vendor itineraries.
  • Assistance coordinating and organizing the wedding rehearsal with regard to the entertainment aspects and smooth flow of transition elements.
  • Attend and oversee the entertainment elements of the rehearsal.
  • Provide advance instruction to the attendants about their duties.
  • Provide direction for the processionals, recessionals and receiving line (when desired)
• Ceremony & Venue Entertainment Arrangements

  • Your perfect wedding starts with the careful selection of the right ceremony and reception music, which I help you find within my massive music library and finalize those details for with you weeks prior to the wedding day. If your musical selections are not currently within the my music library I will certainly locate the music and acquire it (legally) for you and your conceptual design. I specialize in wedding entertainment and providing every client with a beautifully designed wedding, personally overseeing and managing all wedding entertainment arrangements and providing post wedding surveys and feedback.

Inspired by your vision and ideas, I will “select the most ideal match of music and styles” I will contact each of your personally chosen vendors in advance to develop a smooth flowing schedule that is conducive to everyone's success for each and every part of your wedding.
  • We also recognize the most important elements of wedding keepsakes are an exquisite photo album and a perfectly capture video and that’s the reason we have the most professional and unobtrusive audio equipment to allow your photographers and videographers to truly shine and provide the services you expect.
  • We will assist your Officiant to ensure they will deliver the ideal and eloquently spoken vows in the style and manner you are seeking and allow all of your guests to hear and be a part of the ceremony instead of just being present.
  • We additionally work with your Officiant or Pastor to script & outline the ceremony for emergency Officiant stand-in.
• Wedding Entertainment Specialist
  • We will provide you with a personable & experienced professional entertainer who will be assisting you with the construction of a soundtrack for the most important day of your lives.
  • We will orchestrate the perfect score for the ceremony, and reception, using only the finest and most talented musicians, DJs, and refined Master of Ceremonies as we develop the feeling and sentiment you are seeking for you, your family, and your friends’ most enjoyable experience of your wedding.
  • We will communicate routinely with your parents, grandparents, wedding party, and others that are in key roles for the success of your wedding. I’ll establish communications to assist with their speech, toast design and creation to allow them to shine. With professional insights they will be able speak in the manner that is appropriate and eloquent for your wedding and their personal style. This communication is also to insure everyone is well prepared, comfortable, and ready to enjoy your wedding as much as you are.
  • We will develop your thematic audio design which will meet and often exceed the vision you have for your wedding day.
• Décor & Design
  • The making of designer weddings means that we assist you through the conceptualizing and design phase, interpreting your individual ideas and making sure your day reflects your individuality. I take care of all the related entertainment details such as lighting décor, ambient atmosphere lighting, structural design elements, install and removal arrangements.
  • Based on your input, a story board is discussed and will be presented for your approval. You will receive floor plan layouts of your chosen spaces and be able to envision your day with its perfect flow in every detail.
  • We will develop your thematic design that will meet and often exceed the vision you have for your wedding.
  • Up lighting and/or dance lighting will influence the enhancement of your theme and style along with the perfect backdrop for your wedding photos and video.
• Dining & Banqueting
  • We work with some of Illinois' most renowned venues and will provide advice on everything from cocktail music to dinner music compilation and suitable variations that fit into your style and design. The music is specifically designed to encourage comfortable conversation and honor special guests.
  • We will assist you in creating a themed score for you and your guests.
